The BNSF Needles and Seligman Subs Layout runs from Barstow MP 745.8 to the Arizona/New Mexico State Border at MP 176.1.  The UP Daggett Connection is also included.  The Needles Sub is part of the California Division in the State of California and the Seligman/Gallup Subs is part of the Southwest Division in the States of Arizona and New Mexico.

BNSF Gallup Subdivision
The Gallup Sub runs from Winslow, AZ at MP 286.7 to Belen, NM at MP 0. The Gallup Sub is part of the Southwest Division in the States of Arizona and New Mexico.  Also, includes the Belen Terminal and NMRX from Ross at MP 932.1 to Herzog E at MP 875.6.

New Mexico Rail Runner Express
The state of New Mexico bought a portion of the BNSF Glorietta sub in order to establish a commuter rail line from Belen to Albuquerque to Santa Fe.  This has become the New Mexico Rail Runner Express (NMRX).
